Overview
Shanna M. Van Wagner is a Partner in the San Diego office of Lynberg & Watkins. She has extensive experience in the defense of property damage and bodily injury claims arising from alleged exposure to carbon monoxide, liquid nitrogen, silica, mold, PFAs, as well as other environmental contaminants. She also has experience in the defense of general liability, insurance fraud, and habitability claims. Ms. Van Wagner’s practice also includes defense of state and federal class action lawsuits. Additionally, Ms. Van Wagner has substantial experience in construction defect litigation from her 10-year career as a paralegal.
Ms. Van Wagner attended University of San Diego, School of Law where she served as the lead articles editor for the University of San Diego International Law Journal. During law school, she participated in the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Project and University of San Diego Pro Bono Legal Advocates.
