Overview
In a practice only spanning 5 years, Ryan Thomason has litigated a wide range of civil matters in both state and federal courts dealing with mortgage lending and financial services. Ryan’s litigation experience includes the defense of individuals and lending entities in fraud and wrongful foreclosure matters as well as defending lending entities in Homeowner’s Bill of Rights litigation.
Ryan is now utilizing his skills in civil litigation defense and pivoting his practice to general liability defense, including premises liability, product liability, and catastrophic injury and death cases. Ryan takes a practical approach to litigation working with clients to develop the best litigation strategy to achieve his clients’ goals.
Originally from the central coast of California, Ryan enjoys spending time with his sons, going to the Disneyland Resort, gaming with friends, and trying to figure out what to make for dinner night after night.
