Rebecca A. Kurtz

Overview

Rebecca Kurtz is an experienced civil litigator with diverse experience, including both plaintiff and defense work. Ms. Kurtz has extensive experience in commercial and business litigation, including partnership and entity disputes, product liability, and professional malpractice defense. Additionally, Ms. Kurtz has represented developers in a variety of capacities, including construction defect defense, coverage matters, and lender actions. Her experience also includes medical malpractice, premises liability, and appellate work. Ms. Kurtz has extensive experience in all facets of litigation, including effective motion work, written discovery, depositions, and trials.

As the mother of three teenage boys, when not working Ms. Kurtz is constantly on the go and loves baseball, hiking, gardening, and traveling when possible.
