Overview
Pat Lynch received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Santa Barbara in 1977 and her Juris Doctor from Mc George School of Law, University of the Pacific in 1981. In December, 1981, she was admitted to the California Bar. She is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Central District, Eastern District, Southern District, and Northern District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Pat became a partner at Lynberg & Watkins after spending over 20 years defending charter schools and public entities in actions involving childhood sexual abuse, molestation, civil rights, personal injury, dangerous conditions of public property, and employment law. Her legal career began in insurance defense. Early on she had a solo practice consisting of civil litigation and criminal law while serving as house counsel to a commercial building contractor. She has a published opinion before the Second Appellate District for the State of California.
