Overview
Geoff Sawyer’s practice focuses primarily on the representation of design and construction professionals in an array of legal matters involving multi-million and billion-dollar projects. Geoff has considerable experience with development, design, and construction claims, including complex delay, cost overrun, and defect matters involving infrastructure, commercial, education, and residential projects. His experience includes extensive litigation, including but not limited to mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appellate practice in state and federal courts in California. Geoff also has significant experience with construction lien claims, contract negotiations, bankruptcy matters, real estate, and landlord/tenant disputes. He is licensed in multiple jurisdictions and practices throughout California.
Outside the office, Geoff is an avid live-music fan, and has been to concerts all over the world.
