Garros Chan is an Associate Attorney in the Los Angeles office of Lynberg & Watkins. Mr. Chan is currently a member of the Public Entity Defense/Police Liability Defense team wherein he represents law enforcement officers in civil rights matters.
Mr. Chan has appeared and handled a wide variety of felony and misdemeanor criminal cases, including DUIs, Possession for Sales of Controlled Substances, Domestic Violence, Gangs, Prison Crimes, Felon in Possession of Firearms, and Crimes Against Peace Officers.
Mr. Chan earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of La Verne, College of Law. During his time at the University of La Verne, he externed with the County of Riverside District Attorney’s Office. Thereafter, he became a Certified Law Clerk and Volunteer Attorney with the County of San Bernardino District Attorney’s Office.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Chan worked as a Paralegal at a solo-practitioner family law office.
Mr. Chan was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He attended the University of California, Riverside and earned his Bachelor of Arts in History.
